Maki-e necklace "Season" - (MKN2)

Maki-e, the Japanese technique of lacquer decoration dating back to the Nara period.

This is a modern interpretation - titled "Season" - where back ink is applied as the lacquer to silver (fine 999), with 24k gold leaf added as an accent. This pendant includes egg shell within the design.
