Viburnum leaf pendant on silver necklace

This pendant has been made using a real viburnum leaf, which has had layers of silver clay paste applied, slowly building up the thickness of the silver. Once completed, I have kiln fired the piece, so that the leaf burns away and leaves an imprint behind in the silver. Finally I have poished and attaced a sterling silver 18" necklace, to make this lovely unique piece of jewellery. A perfect gift for any nature lover or just to treat yourself.
